Most corporate sessions run for 60 minutes, but we can adapt to suit your schedule—whether it’s a 45-minute wellness break, a full-day activation, or part of a team retreat.
We offer two flexible formats to suit your team size and schedule:

✔ 1 x 60-minute session – perfect for a deeper, more immersive experience with your whole team.
Each session can accommodate up to 30–35 participants comfortably. If you’re planning something even bigger, we’re happy to work with you on a custom schedule or experience!
