How do you care for the animals?
Animal welfare is at the centre of everything we do. Our animals are sourced from registered breeders and rescue associations, and are handled by a trained, calm team, with clear boundaries on touch and interaction. Our animals are an extension of our team, and are given regular breaks, fresh water, and paced sessions that keep them comfortable.
How long does a Petting Zoo session run?
Each session runs for 1 to 2 hours, depending on your group size, energy, and preferred setup you can add an additional hour. Max 4 hours.
What animals are included in the Petting Zoo experience?
Our furry crew usually includes friendly goats, lambs, & bunnies (VIC & NSW only), or puppies during supervised interaction. All animals are carefully chosen for temperament and are handled by our trained, compassionate team.
Is it suitable for sensory-sensitive participants or neurodiverse groups?
Yes. The experience is opt-in, gentle and paced, with clear boundaries and the ability for participants to observe first and join when ready.
Can you support risk assessment paperwork for schools/centres?
Yes, if you require documentation (e.g., risk assessment, insurance details), tell us in the induction form you complete, and we’ll provide what’s needed.
Do you host events at your own venue?
Yes! If you’d rather come to us, we also run sessions at select partner venues across Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney and Melbourne. Just let us know your location and we’ll match you with the nearest option.
Can we book this for staff wellbeing in healthcare or education settings?
Definitely. It’s a simple, uplifting morale boost — no activewear, no group sharing, just a genuine reset.
Can we host a Petting Zoo event at our home, workplace or venue?
Absolutely. Our mobile petting zoo comes to you! We can set up in backyards, office courtyards, aged care gardens, school ovals, or indoor community spaces. We bring the animals, fencing, staff, and music—so all you need to do is open the gate.
Can you cater for fetes, carnivals and open days?
Yes — these are perfect for the larger set-up and extra time blocks. We can design a flow that handles higher traffic without losing the calm vibe.
Do you run this as a school incursion (with rotations)?
Yes — we can run structured rotations by class, year level or group, with clear time blocks so it fits neatly into your timetable.
